Rooms36 is set in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Hope Park and is one of the closest bed and breakfasts (B & B) to Keswick’s Theatre by the Lake. We are situated only 2 minutes flat walk from Keswick town centre and Derwentwater, "Queen of the Lakes", with its fine views and water activities.

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, colour TV's, hospitality trays and central heating. There is also free car parking directly outside the Guest House from 4.00 pm to 10.00 am, and we have two private parking spaces if you require parking for longer.

Rooms36 B&B is dog friendly and also open over Christmas and New Year.

Full English breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 9.00 am. Our Breakfast consists of locally sourced, fresh, free-range produce. We cater for all diets, but we may need some prior notice to source some special products.
